DELIVERY & RETURNS
The orders placed online on www.isayoli.com are treated within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excl. Bank Holidays).
Worldwide delivery is handled in Europe by Correos Internacional (Spanish Post) or by DHL (outside of Schengen zone). Delivery will normally be made within 5 to 8 days according to the countries. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will revert again on the next day. If you absent again, the parcel will be re-delivered to our office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain).
Orders outside the European Union and in some cases in Europe may be subject to customs fees. These taxes vary according to the country of destination and we are unable to state them in advance. They are your responsibility and due once the package has reached the delivery address. We advise you to check with your local customs office before you order.
You will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the status of the delivery online. In order to receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you present an address where you will be present during working hours (e.g. your office), or you can provide address of someone who can receive the parcel for you (e.g. your concierge).
You have 10 days from receipt of your order to return your product. After receiving it and verifying that it is in the same condition as when we sent it to, you will receive an exchange or a voucher with the value of your order. The return costs are to be paid by you and only one exchange per order is possible.
